A long time ago, I came to the realization that the real measure of success is not what you can achieve for yourself in any material form – rather, it is what you can do for others to make a positive difference in their lives.
To truly be successful is, in fact, to be significant to others.
My background in finance and financial services allowed me to spend a total of 12 years providing direct and indirect assistance for thousands of Australians. As a result, many of them were granted the opportunity to obtain home ownership. Sadly, there were also cases of people who incurred massive debts from borrowing money with the hopes of owning a house in 30 years or so.
When you think about it, most people won’t own their home until they are about 60 years old. Until then, they must spend their entire lives sacrificing or swapping time for money just to live in their home – or should I say, “the bank’s home.”
I myself have many goals. I strongly believe in setting both short-term and long-term goals. One such goal is to show as many people as possible how by working even as a part-time independent business owner with Switchtelco, you will be able to not only build a successful business, but also help others do the same. Peter leads the sales support and call centre teams, ensuring all follow up requests are actioned with a minimum of delay.
Peter joined the team at Switchtelco in June 2012, bringing with him over 20 years experience in the banking and telecommunications industries. During that time his responsibilities have involved customer and business support, contract management, credit management, staff training, inventory control, network administration and reporting.
When Peter isn't ensuring Switchtelco's operations are running smoothly he and wife Toni can be found exploring Sydney, their newly adopted home, training for his next marathon, or supporting Toni in her latest Ironman (triathlon) quest.

Henry is a great asset to the team and is available to provide taxation and accounting advice to you as an Independent Business Owner.

Henry is a Chartered Accountant, a Master of Accounting and a Master of Taxation (UNSW) graduate. He has more than 12 years solid experiences in tax compliance and consulting, including 5 years ATO experience and years of chartered experience in some of the largest mid-tiered chartered accounting firms, covering all aspects of taxation. He also has an extensive knowledge of tax laws including income tax (in particular, tax consolidation), corporate and international tax, GST, Transfer Pricing and assisted many listed and large private companies in preparing tax calculation under new accounting standard for income tax AASB 112.
His advising and compliance clients range from large listed property trusts to individuals with rental property and employee share issues. During his ATO years, he had advised a large listed property trust which planned to conduct a business restructuring by way of stapled trust and conclude the ruling in view of applicable legislations, tax policies, and industry background at the time. He has also been heavily involved in the tax consolidation advising, GST, International taxation including transfer pricing documentation review and advice during both his ATO and chartered periods and accumulated substantial experiences in that field.
